I used this for work as they were required. They are lightweight for someone that walks a lot. They are sort of bouncy and I like that. So comfortable. I wash them once a month and air dry. They keep their shape.

I've worked long hours in kitchens, walked 20,000 steps in a day, and taken these shoes hiking with no pain or issues. Want to repurchase but can't find my size anywhere!

I USE THESE FOR WORK. ON MY FEET 8HR+ . ITS WIDE WHICH I BADLY NEED SO ITS COMFORTABLE WITH EXTRA PADDING ADDED. LEATHER, CHEAP AS IT IS, IS REQUIRED UNFORTUNATELY AT WORK.

I wish you didn't stop making these Eldred work shoes. I have worn these for at least 8 years. Would purchase a pair every 6 to 8 months as I'm on my feet for both jobs. They were so comfortable. Got to the point I could only find them online. And now I can't find my next pair. Please make these again or I hope to find a pair similar to them.

Compared to my work boots these feel almost like I'm barefoot but without the pains of actually being barefoot. I like the comfort of these shoes but something about my lifestyle and feet wears out shoes quickly. These began to show wear for me within a couple of weeks of purchase which was fairly disappointing. At least they are more affordable than many other work shoe type options but this comes with less longevity. I'm okay with the aesthetics of this shoe but it's not my first choice by looks. Per price point I can see myself buying these again unless I find another work type sneaker that I want to try.

I'm on my feet all day cleaning my home. The cushion of the shoe keeps my feet comfortable. I don't worry about slipping when I'm mopping. I can wear wet conditions and my feet don't get wet! Loveit!

Buyer Beware: Not True to Size

I received these shoes as a gift for my birthday, as my old work shoes are worn out. I'm on my feet anywhere from 35-50 hours per week at a cafe, with a lot of running around during those times. These shoes as advertised would have been PERFECT for me, however they do not match the description at all. These were purchased a size up from what my normal shoes are, medium width (as is the width I wear for all of my shoes). However, when I received them, they were INCREDIBLY narrow, and fit closer to my toes than my normal sized shoes as well; my husband even commented "I don't know how they could BE more narrow." I even double checked the inside of each shoe thinking that maybe a different size ended up in the box by mistake; this was not the case. The material of the shoes themselves also does not seem very durable; I'm almost 100% positive that I will have to replace these in no more than 3 months time with the type of work I do. These are definitely a style you have to order WIDE if you want any hopes of it fitting correctly, and order at LEAST a size up. Or better yet.... order a different shoe entirely.

Slippery

I ordered the same pair of shoes because my previous pair worked well and lasted a long time. Unfortunately, my new pair didn't work because they were too slippery and I almost slipped on first day of wearing them which is the main reason I bought the shoes because they say they are non-slip. I work as a server and I'm with my feet the entire day and these shoes aren't safe.
