impossible to open
il y a 17 jours
impossible to open. i have used half of the zipper lubricant and i still have to brace the cooler in order to move the zipper. then you have to work it harder when it reaches the corners. once the bag is open, the top does not stay open. You have to hold the top open with one hand. i would not recommend purchasing a cooler that has a zipper.

NINE YEARS OF SERVICE!

When the Hopper 12 came out I thought it would be the perfect lunch cooler for me. In December 2016 I purchased one in grey (that might have been the only color offered). It has been used as a lunch cooler five days a week and on weekends it is used as a cooler on our boat. Never a single rip or tear. The interior is still in perfect shape. Last week two zipper teeth began to fail. NINE YEARS of constant use and it finally broke. What a run! I hate to see it go but I will DEFINITELY be purchasing another one to replace it. We have multiple Yeti items and all are spectacular. Thank you Yeti for building something that will last this long.

Material stains

I purchased the YETI Hopper Flip 12 about a year ago and have been happy with its performance. It keeps my lunch and drinks very cold and feels solid and well built.
However, after one small lunch spill, I’ve been unable to remove the stain despite scrubbing and airing it out for days. It also developed an unpleasant odor.
For the price, I expected it to be more stain-resistant or easier to clean. I really like the cooler overall and would appreciate guidance on how to properly restore the material.

I have had this cooler for 3 weeks and have only used it twice. The strap hook snapped. Disappointed in the quality of workmanship this expensive cooler has.
