Is there no quality control?

Purchased size 12 & 11. The 11s were big so I patiently waited the arrival of the 10.5 - they showed up with blemishes on them which don't come out. Returning all 3 sizes now. Poor quality control.

We have a toddler, who only wants his boots no matter the weather or outfit and they last his hardcore daily play , we have a teen that loves fashion, and a husband and wife that love the outdoors. Overall these boots are comfortable and stylish too. I love how easy they are to get on and off while also being sturdy on my feet during wear. Highly recommend and I always recommend.
