Vous pourrez plus facilement savourer vos activités hivernales en plein air dans les bottes Control Max de la série Epic de la marque Baffin. Ces bottes de cuir étanches à l’eau ont une cote de confort au froid de moins 70 degrés Celsius. Elles sont pourvues de doublures isolées en nylon et d’un système de botte intérieure amovible à huit couches avec une semelle intérieure à alvéole gaufrée. Les bottes d’hiver pour hommes intègrent la base Polar de Baffin et la coque extérieure en caoutchouc Arctic™, une semelle intercalaire en CAV/E et une semelle d’usure en caoutchouc Polar®. Le système de laçage à anneaux en D vous permet d’ajuster la botte de façon sécuritaire pour un confort de longue durée.

    Get one size up for a better fit.

    The boots started off as slightly uncomfortable but after 3-4 days of wear, the discomfort was all gone. My previous boots were a size 13 from a different company. I got a size 14 with Baffin which fits. The inner boot is soft and snug and keeps the feet very warm. With record amounts of snow in the area, the boots have performed well. It's like wearing small tanks when one is walking on snow. They're acceptable on ice. There's no question that these are totally waterproof. They're exceptionally well-priced for the quality. Of course, durability will decide their true value. A small complaint: the laces are just a little short. Slightly longer laces on their biggest boot size would be better.

    What an upgrade!

    I have been using some clunky big pac boots for 10+ years. They were heavy, didn't keep my feet super warm, and were bulkier than they should have been for their performance. I chose these boots for their Arctic (-45C) rating. They fit amazing using my standard shoe size. Very light and comfortable, and they are less bulky as well. 100% would buy again.

    Maybe the best boots I've ever owned!!

    I really wanted a winter boot that could handle snow, cold and wet without looking like a heavy industrial boot. Baffin was my go-to after being very disappointed with other brands recently. I looked through all of Baffin's line-up which basically are the best boots out there, and found these. I was ordering online so I wasn't sure how these were going to fit. It's the first time I've ever tried Baffin and I have a bit of a wide foot but I followed the fit guide and they fit perfectly!! If I understand correctly, the materials they use for the liner will form to your feet after a few wears so that will be great if they do, but they're nice and snug without being tight even if they don't. The quality and craftsmanship seems very good - we'll see over time. Excellent features like a pull out liner, a loop on the vamp (top of the foot) for gaiters, triple stitching where the leather upper meets the rubber lower part, tongue attached to the body of the boot to prevent snow from getting in, a great tread for traction, and even small reflective strips on the back for some added safety and visibility at night! I'm very much hoping that these boots come to be the best boots I've ever owned, and initial indications are that they might be!

    Rubber sole cracks

    These boots are very warm. I had to order a size bigger than I wear for a Ice fishing in -30 DEG off the back of a sled all day long. However, the rubber on the sides of the boots cracks and then of course your feet get wet. A lot of money for a boot that will only last one winter.

    Amazing winter boots
