- NEW RETURN POLICY effective October 1, 2010. All returns without a receipt will be refunded in the form of a store merchandise credit. At L’Équipeur we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, simply return your purchase with your receipt.
- NEW 100 Day Boot Return Policy effective November 8, 2010. Your Boots are 100% Guaranteed for 100 days against manufacturer's defects. If at any time during the first 100 days after purchase, you experience a manufacturer defect, simply bring them and your original receipt into any L’Équipeur store and we will replace them. Refunds and exchanges on boots cannot be processed after 100 days.

If for whatever reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return the item and the original purchase receipt to the closest L'Équipeur or Mark's store for a full refund. NEW RETURN POLICY as of October 1st 2010. All returns without a receipt will be refunded in the form of a store merchandise credit at the present retail price*.
